The Solution
BLUE VEST is a service that will allow users to easily access water routes for rivers/lakes. The features will allow the user to access safety tips, customize their wants and needs regarding skill level, location, among others, and connect with other users through a community forum. This will allow users to gain knowledge of water ways and easily connect with others.
